      The Front Desk Officer is the first impression of the British School of Bucharest and must display superior customer service and hospitality skills consistently while assisting students, parents, co-workers or vendors on the telephone, e-mail or in person.

      Major responsibilities:
      30% Operates the PC, handles email requests, answers and directs phones, provides information and directions, receives and forwards messages and correspondence.

      20% Completes various clerical tasks assigned by the direct manager, ensures that the reception, seating area, Pitman class is clean, organized, has a correct temperature, adequate lighting and free of any delivery boxes and unwanted clutter. Reports any maintenance issues to the respective department and follow up upon completion.
